When I first arrived in Germany, I encountered the same challenges that many in our community face today: the language barrier, cultural integration, and the relentless hustle just to survive. I studied diligently, became an engineer, worked hard, and, little by little, started to invest in real estate alongside my career. Today, as a Real estate Energy Consultant & IHK-certified real estate financial consultant, I’m proud to have shared my experiences and guided many from our community on their own journeys. But I won’t pretend it was an easy path.
Like many of my brothers and sisters in the community, we work tirelessly. But here’s the truth — surviving is not enough. Too many of us give so much to the system but fail to explore the wealth-building opportunities this same system offers.
